Terms of Service
By using InvoPage you agree to these terms.
1. Service
InvoPage ("the service") is a free invoice / receipt / purchase-order generator and a paid PDF generation API, operated by Alex Kay ("the operator") at invopage.com.
2. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty. PDF output is generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying generated documents before using them in any legal or accounting context.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for: fraudulent invoicing, fake receipts, document forgery, money-laundering schemes, automated scraping, reverse engineering of the API. The operator may suspend access without notice on suspicion of abuse.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of all data you submit. The free generator does not persist your form data after the PDF is delivered. For the API, payloads are processed in-memory and not retained beyond the request.
5. Account and termination (paid plans)
Paid API plans require an account. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at end of billing period. Refunds are not granted unless legally required.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from incorrect generated documents. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, capped at €100. Mandatory provisions remain unaffected.
7. Changes
Material changes will be announced. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
Laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. EU consumer protections of the user's residence remain unaffected.
